Summary

We are seeking an experienced, seasoned, and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Chief Customer Officer (CCO) with a focus on global engagement and customer events. As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Customer Officer at Guidewire Software, you will be the right hand to the CCO and play a pivotal role in driving customer and consulting partner engagement on a global scale. This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized and strategic professional to contribute to the success of our customer success initiatives and strengthen relationships with clients and consulting partners worldwide.


Additionally, you will be requested to provide limited administrative support (e.g., expenses and travel arrangements) for two of her team members in the US.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar and Travel Management: Effectively manage the CCO's schedule, including coordinating global travel arrangements for customer meetings, events, and conferences.

  • Global Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the CCO to plan and execute customer engagement initiatives, including virtual and in-person events, workshops, and forums.

  • Event Coordination: Take the lead in organizing customer events, from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for participants.

  • Liaison: Represent Guidewire and the CCO’s personal brand by facilitating communication between the CCO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information flow.

  • Strategic Support: Provide strategic assistance to the CCO, contributing insights and ideas to enhance customer success strategies and consulting partner objectives.

  • Administrative Functions: Handle administrative tasks, including meeting preparation, documentation, purchase orders, and expense management.

  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with executive assistants, customer success teams, and other departments across different regions to coordinate and align efforts.

About You:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a customer and/or partner engagement role.

  • Experience with event design, coordination, and execution.

  • Considerable experience coordinating extensive global travel and working across time zones and geographies, understanding global company dynamics and respecting local cultures.

  • Proven ability to manage needs in a remote and global environment.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and or Google Workspace and virtual collaboration tools.

  • Experience in planning and executing customer events is a plus.

  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your role as well as use data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $109,000 - $163,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
