What You'll Do:
- Capture and organize information from emails, WhatsApp, voice notes, and meetings, translating it into structured tasks, calendar events, and clear priorities into a centralized system.
- Own and maintain task and project tracking by keeping the system current, documenting key details (history, decisions, next steps), and providing clear, regular summaries of progress, priorities, and outstanding items.
- Work directly with leadership to review priorities, align on next steps, and ensure execution stays on track through proactive follow-ups.
- Manage scheduling and coordination, including meetings, timelines, shifting priorities, and maintaining key business and personal reminders.
- Assist with email organization and flag important communications.
- Continuously refine and improve the organizational system (Trello or similar tools).
