To be considered, your resume should reflect at least 7 years of executive assistant or senior level admin assistant experience to one or more executives. At least 4 years of experience of calendar management, coordinating meetings, appointments and schedules for executive level staff is also required. You must speak and write fluent English and French to native standards.

We are seeking part-time and full-time employees to serve as Executive Assistants supporting clients throughout the United States. Working hours will quickly ramp up to your desired availability as you choose the clients youāll work with and get started with them. Ideally, you have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
