Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid Preferred) $20 per hour 10 hours per week to start I am seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to help manage multiple projects involving book publishing, franchise development, webinars, email marketing, social media, and business operations.

This position is ideal for a student, recent graduate, or organized professional who enjoys bringing order to complex projects and making sure deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain marketing, project, and launch calendars

- Schedule book tour dates

- Read 3 Books

- Coordinate the franchise and book webinars and virtual events

- Schedule LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok content - Assist with Mailchimp email campaigns

- Track deadlines, follow ups, and project milestones

- Organize documents, spreadsheets, and marketing materials

- Assist with book launches and franchise marketing initiatives

- Help prioritize weekly and daily tasks

- Keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously

Ideal Candidate:

- Extremely organized and detail oriented

- Fearless to demand results and supportive

- Strong written communication skills

- Comfortable with spreadsheets, social media, and online business tools

- Self motivated and able to work independently

- Professional, reliable, and proactive

- Interested in entrepreneurship, marketing, publishing, or business development
