• Membership management (handling requests)
• Respond to direct messages from Instagram and Facebook
• Share content (not create) on social media platforms and post on LinkedIn
• Provide light technical support (triage emails for app issues like video not playing or app not opening, and forward to developer)
• Perform additional administrative tasks (e.g., reviewing client testimonials and AI-generated materials)
