Your Role:
We are seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting the Augment senior leadership team, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support: Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, managing calendars, and preparing expense reports.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between executive(s) and internal or external stakeholders, responding to phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence, including drafting and proofreading documents.
- Organizational skills: Managing multiple tracking deadlines, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment on short notice.
- Problem-solving and Firefighting: Handle unexpected issues or challenges that arise, such as last-minute changes to travel plans or urgent requests from stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to complete tasks and projects and work closely with other administrative staff. Uphold company culture and always disseminate this across the firm.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality at all times. This role requires the highest level of confidentiality, as it will involve access to sensitive and business-critical information. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, discretion, and a strong track record of handling confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.
- Technology skills: Proficient in the use of software and technology to aid tasks such as creating reports and presentations, maintaining databases, and managing email correspondence. Advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint are necessary.
- Adaptability: Willingness to take on new tasks and adapt to changes.
Skills needed:
- Prior experience supporting C-suite Executives ideally within Insurance or Reinsurance industries.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented professional, with ability to prioritise and manage tasks across multiple time zones.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently, promoting a 'can-do' attitude.
- Timely coordination of administrative tasks and logistics and ability to act on high pressure tasks with short notice.
Working Conditions:
- This is a remote working position, the successful candidate must be based in the US (EST).
- May require occasional travel to attend meetings or events.
