We are seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to partner with our Client, and help drive operational excellence at the highest level. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and takes pride in creating order out of chaos.

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring that the CEO’s time, focus, and energy are maximized for strategic priorities. You will manage schedules, streamline operations, and anticipate needs before they arise—all while handling sensitive information with discretion.

This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, resourceful, and committed to operational excellence.

This Role Includes:

  • Strategic Calendar & Time Management: Optimize the CEO’s calendar, protect focus time, and ensure priorities are aligned.

  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel, itineraries, and on-the-ground logistics for seamless business trips.

  • Communication Management: Handle emails, calls, and meeting scheduling with professionalism and discretion.

  • Operational Support: Build and maintain systems that improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

  • Project Coordination: Assist with key projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items to ensure results.

  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up notes for key meetings.

  • Relationship Management: Help maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and strategic partners.

  • Anticipate Needs: Identify gaps, solve problems before they arise, and consistently add value to the CEO’s day-to-day operations.
  • Personal Support: Assist with select personal tasks to ensure the CEO’s work-life balance is well managed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years Experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Proven experience in executive support or high-level administrative roles.

  • Massively organized—you naturally create systems and structure.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable making decisions with minimal direction.

  • Discreet and professional in handling confidential information.

  • Skilled with project management tools and modern office software.

  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and love turning chaos into clarity.

  • A growth mindset—you see challenges as opportunities and welcome feedback.
