You will be working for our client, a senior executive who leads both the Canadian portfolio of Crescent Hotels & Resorts and Global Edge Investments. Crescent is a premier third-party manager of upscale and luxury hotels (Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott), while Global Edge is a private investment and advisory firm.
The role involves supporting a dynamic executive across corporate, investment, and personal activities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced, multi-faceted work.

Coordinate travel bookings (corporate and personal)
Manage expense reports and light invoicing
Support multiple entities (hospitality, investment, and foundation)
Handle personal property and office maintenance scheduling
Liaise with accounting departments and manage monthly billing
Assist in event coordination and hotel transition support
Organize conference attendance logistics
Maintain excellent communication and task prioritization
+5 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with SharePoint and PowerPoint
Experience working with remote teams and fast-paced environments
Ability to work independently and suggest process improvements
Attention to detail and excellent written/spoken English
Experience supporting C-level executives across multiple business types
Familiarity with VPN-based tools and cross-entity coordination
Exposure to light finance tasks (basic invoicing, expenses)
Previous experience in hospitality or real estate industries
