Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and staff, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents and correspondence as required.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages for the partners.
  • Conduct research and compile information to assist with case preparation and project management.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administrative support or related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative positions, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
