Clock Tower Realty is looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication between executives and internal or external stakeholders. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will help streamline operations and enhance overall productivity. As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand of our executives, taking on complex tasks and ensuring that their office functions smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executives.
  • Act as a point of contact and liaison between executives and clients or team members.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and demonstrate discretion.
  • Support the executive team with special projects as needed.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles supporting senior management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a diplomatic approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
