About the Role:
This is a hands-on, dynamic role supporting the Owner of Southern Kitchen. You’ll serve as an extension of the Owner, helping manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, public relations meetings, errands, and social media content. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to represent the brand with professionalism and discretion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Represent the Owner professionally in meetings and communications
● Manage and maintain the Owner’s calendar, schedule, and to-do lists
● Coordinate and attend meetings with vendors, partners, and public relations contacts
● Run errands, manage logistics, and assist with both business and personal tasks
● Draft emails, prepare notes, and follow up on key action items
● Maintain organized digital and physical files
● Support social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
○ Capture behind-the-scenes moments
○ Create and post content in the brand voice
○ Monitor engagement and respond as needed
● Help coordinate events, special projects, or travel plans
