Tasks

• You will develop a cross-platform content strategy for Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• You plan, coordinate, and optimize our content calendar.
• You design campaigns, series formats, and scalable content mechanics.
• You analyze performance data and derive concrete optimization measures.
• You conduct A/B tests for hooks, thumbnails, titles, and formats.
• You identify trends early and translate them into high-performing content ideas.
• You will work closely with our video editor and strategically manage content production.
• You develop engagement and community strategies.
• You define clear growth targets and track their achievement.

qualification

• Experience:
  You have already achieved demonstrable success in social media management – ​​ideally in the educational, crypto, trading or finance sectors.
• Crypto & Trading: You have in-depth knowledge of the crypto and trading sector, understand current market trends, recognize relevant narratives early on, and can independently research and classify new topics.
• Copywriting: You have a good feel for language and experience in writing convincing, target-group-oriented texts for different formats and platforms.
• Mindset:
  Growth is not a buzzword for you. You think in terms of KPIs, conversion, retention, and scaling.
• Platform understanding:
  You understand the algorithms of Instagram, YouTube and TikTok not just superficially, but strategically.
• Analytics:
  You are proficient in using analytics tools such as Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, etc., and derive concrete actions from this data.
• Strategy + creativity:
