Position: Client Care Coordinator / Virtual Assistant
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator / Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional communication via email, phone, and video conferencing
- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for clients and team members
- Prepare and distribute client reports and other relevant documents
- Conduct research and gather information as needed to support client needs
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the sports industry is a plus, but not required

Pay Rate: $35-55 per hour, depending on experience
Training Pay: $30 per hour (1-week paid training)
Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completion
Work Schedule: Flexible — Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
