Virtual Assistant, Construction

Our client is a well-established landscaping and construction services company providing high-quality outdoor solutions for residential and commercial clients. They are seeking a General Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations, payroll processing, email management, and digital marketing efforts. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance administrative tasks with creative marketing execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while keeping projects on track.

Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks

• Review and prioritize emails daily, forwarding urgent items as needed.
• Compare statements with AvidX and request missing invoices.
• Manage payroll by gathering hours from Connect, preparing spreadsheets, and submitting final hours for processing after review.

Social Media & Marketing

• Create engaging social media posts and submit for approval.
• Post approved content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Manage email marketing campaigns by sending pre-made advertisements to past customers.

Weekly Workflow

• Monday & Wednesday: Review and prioritize emails, reconcile AvidX statements, and handle payroll tasks.
• Wednesday & Friday: Continue email reviews, manage payroll adjustments, and execute social media and email campaigns.
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative support, payroll coordination, or office management.
• Familiarity with tools such as AvidX, Connect, and payroll processing systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
• Basic skills in content creation and marketing communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
