Beyond HR is a women-owned Bookkeeping & Human Resources consulting firm supporting small and medium-sized businesses nationwide. We manage the back-office chaos...payroll, compliance, recruiting, policies...so our clients can stay focused on what they do best. We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to work with some of our Amazon Delivery Service Provider (DSP) clients. This role requires a dependable self-starter with strong attention to detail who can learn quickly and manage administrative functions with minimal supervision. 

Status: 1099 Contractor
Hours: 25-30 hours per month (minimum), flexible scheduling during business hours
Rate: $15–$30/hr DOE
Location: 100% Remote (Central & Eastern Time Collaboration Required)

Responsibilities

Perform data entry, reporting and monitoring of employee information

  • Review and maintain ADP records and other administrative systems.
  • Communication professionally via phone and email with management and staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy at all times. 
  • Support HR functions: onboarding/offboarding, employee data updates, and compliance tracking
  • Maintain records in HRIS systems (Gusto, BambooHR, ADP, etc.)
  • Draft and format offer letters, policy updates, and employment documents

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or administrative support professional.
  • Strong computer literacy, especially with Google Workspace, ADP and Excel
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable learning new systems and working with new people quickly
  • Ability to work independently with clear communication and follow through

Key Attributes

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal in English (Spanish Bi-lingual huge plus)
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable navigating multiple platforms at once
  • Proactive problem-solver with an “I’ve got this” attitude
  • Able to anticipate needs and follow through without hand-holding
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and mindful of confidentiality
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and new systems

Requirements

  • 1-3 years administrative experience, DSP experience huge plus
  • 1-2 years remote work experience
  • Must be available at least in part, during normal business hours
  • Home office setup with:
    • Mac/PC (≥ 1 GHz dual-core, 8 GB RAM) and webcam

    • Reliable internet (50 Mbps+)

    • Smartphone with email access
