Responsibilities:
Accurately entering data into databases and spreadsheets
â˘Manage and update customer accounts and records
⢠Receive and forwardphone calls and emails as needed
â˘schedule appointments and manage calendars
â˘Preparation and distribution of documents, reports and presentations
â˘Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
Skills Required:
Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support
â˘Excellent verbal and written communication skills
â˘Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly and efficiently
â˘knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite and other popular office software
â˘Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize
â˘Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
