About the Role:


Snapscale is hiring a Sales Development Representative (Human Virtual Assistant) to support our U.S. client in driving sponsorship sales.

You’ll help identify decision-makers, send personalized outreach emails, and book qualified meetings for senior sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and find sponsor contacts using LeadIQ and ZoomInfo
  • Send personalized outreach emails through HubSpot or Mailchimp
  • Schedule 3–4 qualified sponsor meetings per month
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and submit daily activity reports
  • Attend weekly sales meetings (Monday, 11:00 a.m. ET)
  • Make pre-event calls to confirm sponsor participation


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Virtual Assistant roles
  • Strong written English and attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, and LeadIQ (required)
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive work style
  • Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. hours)
  • Experience with B2B or tech companies is a plus
