About the Role:
Snapscale is hiring a Sales Development Representative (Human Virtual Assistant) to support our U.S. client in driving sponsorship sales.
You’ll help identify decision-makers, send personalized outreach emails, and book qualified meetings for senior sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and find sponsor contacts using LeadIQ and ZoomInfo
- Send personalized outreach emails through HubSpot or Mailchimp
- Schedule 3–4 qualified sponsor meetings per month
- Maintain accurate CRM data and submit daily activity reports
- Attend weekly sales meetings (Monday, 11:00 a.m. ET)
- Make pre-event calls to confirm sponsor participation
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Virtual Assistant roles
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, and LeadIQ (required)
- Reliable, organized, and proactive work style
- Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. hours)
- Experience with B2B or tech companies is a plus
