Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Administrative Support

• Manage email and calendar scheduling, ensuring timely responses and efficient time management.
• Schedule and confirm meetings, sales calls, and key engagements to support business operations.
• Take meeting minutes and track follow-ups, ensuring action items are completed.

2. Client Communication & Business Support

• Handle business inquiries via email, directing them to the appropriate person when necessary.
• Provide customer service support, managing inquiries, orders, and follow-ups to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Assist with sales support, engaging with potential retailers and helping develop leads.

3. Operations & Process Development

• Track deadlines and task execution, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Support order processing and fulfillment operations to maintain efficiency.
• Identify and suggest workflow and organizational improvements to enhance business productivity.

4. Seasonal & Travel Support

• Assist with event coordination, including media shoots, national events, and cooking engagements.
• Provide remote assistance during travel-heavy periods, ensuring smooth communication and delegation.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

• Excellent Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication for managing emails, calls, and customer interactions.
• Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented - Proactively manages schedules, tasks, and processes efficiently.
• Customer Service Experience - Prior experience handling client relations, emails, and appointment setting.
• Proficient in Digital Tools - Comfortable using Gmail, Google Suite, and AI tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Intermediate skills in Excel sheets.
• Time & Task Management - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving Mindset - Ability to address issues proactively and escalate concerns when necessary.
