Executive Assistant

We’re now looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our leadership team, making sure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll do

• Provide proactive support to executives with scheduling, communication, and organisation.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and events with attention to detail.
• Collect and update data to prepare board presentations.
• Support leadership team communication and alignment across departments.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in a similar support or coordination role.
• Someone who is proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about enabling others to succeed.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Icelandic is a plus).
• A people-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach.
