As we continue to grow, weβre looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide critical support to our executive team and help streamline day-to-day operations behind the scenes.
Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the senior leadership team with administrative tasks, calendar and communication management, and special projects. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
β’ Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
β’ Draft and edit correspondence, reports, meeting notes, and other documents
β’ Assist with project coordination and execution of business initiatives
β’ Organize and maintain confidential files and records
β’ Prepare materials for meetings and presentations
β’ Monitor and manage email inboxes on behalf of leadership when needed
β’ Support hiring, onboarding, and HR-related communications
β’ Coordinate events, team meetings, and company communications
β’ Perform general administrative support tasks as needed
β’ 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or high-level administrative role
β’ Exceptional organizational and time management skills
β’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
β’ Hospitality industry experience is a plus, but not required
