The Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to our executive team, ensuring their time and priorities are effectively managed. You will be the go-to person for organization, communication, and execution of administrative tasks. This is a dynamic role at a fast-paced startup—perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and can anticipate needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for executives

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents

  • Act as a liaison between executives, team members, and external partners

  • Support board meetings, investor updates, and other high-profile engagements

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Anticipate the needs of executives to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations and facilities.

  • Oversee office inventory, ordering supplies and ensuring availability of resources.

  • Coordinate and book domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries for executives

  • Process and reconcile select employee travel reimbursements in compliance with company policy.

  • Assist with special projects, events, and team initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (experience in a startup or technology company preferred)

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of discretion and professionalism

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and modern productivity tools

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
