As an Executive Assistant in the Revenue organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Sales and Head of Customer Success at Apollo. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, efficient meeting planning, and proactive organization for both executives. Additionally, youāll partner closely with the EA to the CRO on revenue-wide initiativesāincluding but not limited to the annual Revenue Kick Off (RKO)āhelping drive alignment and execution across the broader go-to-market (GTM) organization. The listed Pay Range reflects base salary range, except for sales roles, the range provided is the roleās On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commission/sales bonus targets and annual base salary for the role. This pay range may be inclusive of several career levels at Apollo and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidateās experience, qualifications, and location.
