Responsibilities and assignments

• Create scripts and ads with viral potential, recorded by content creators.
• Writing for campaigns, funnels, and different formats, such as social media content, while maintaining a consistent message.
• To break down campaign concepts into pieces for different channels, without losing clarity or narrative strength.
• Adjust and optimize copy based on performance data (such as CTR and CPA), A/B testing, and alignment with the media team.
• Researching audience, language, trends, and creative references.
• Identify message problems in the creative flow and propose practical solutions.
• To contribute to improvements in internal copywriting processes.
• Participate in alignment meetings with partner areas and work collaboratively with the creative team.

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience in copywriting or content creation, with well-structured and creative scripts.
• Portfolio showcasing completed projects, including videos and content that have been recorded and broadcast.
• Understanding of sales funnels and a willingness to delve deeper into areas not yet mastered.
• Critical thinking skills to adjust copy based on context and data.
• Creative repertoire and attention to what's trending on social media.
• Openness to having deliverables reviewed frequently and applying feedback promptly.
• A genuine desire to learn and evolve.
• Collaborative and proactive profile
