Content Writer

We have a firm roadmap and are now looking for specialist authors with a scientific background who can support us with their expertise in expanding the content of our offerings. Together, we want to empower employees in this field to perform their demanding and responsible work in a professionally sound and practical manner.

Your tasks will include, in particular:

• Thorough literature research: You conduct comprehensive research on current specialist literature as well as evidence-based methods and best practices.
• Creation of practical training content: You develop subject-specific learning content for the aforementioned target group based on existing concepts or jointly developed structures.
• Quality assurance: You ensure that the content is presented precisely and understandably, and that the texts are linguistically flawless and technically correct.
• Further development of learning content: You actively contribute to the strategic development of our training courses by identifying industry-specific trends and best practices and integrating them into the courses.

This is what we expect:

We are looking for dedicated individuals who would like to contribute their professional expertise and practical experience to design training content at a high professional level.

• Professional qualification: You have a qualified degree, e.g. in social work, special education, rehabilitation education, educational science, psychology, nursing science or a comparable field.
• Practical experience and knowledge of target groups: We require several years of practical experience in providing assistance in residential and social settings or in supported living arrangements. You have supported people with cognitive, physical, or sensory impairments, or with mental health conditions, in their daily lives. Ideally, you are also familiar with community-based approaches and participation and overall planning (ICF).
• Language skills and writing experience: You have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as a good sense for creating texts that are tailored to the target audience and user-friendly. You also have experience writing technical or educational texts.
• Quality awareness: You work precisely and with a focus on detail, ensuring that all content meets the highest professional and linguistic standards.
• Conscientiousness: You have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work accurately and independently, as well as to keep to agreements and deadlines.
• Teamwork and organizational skills: You will work closely with our product development team.
