π Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Business Process Analyst & SOP Writer to support a strategic transition project for customer service operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, excels at interviewing stakeholders, and can translate complex business processes into clear, actionable documentation.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with subject matter experts and department leaders (10 departments total) to gather process details and updates
- Analyze and document business processes with precision and clarity
- Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect operational changes and ensure compliance
- Deliver three core documents by September 30:
- Business Rules Document
- Transition Plan
- Succession Plan
- Perform quarterly updates to SOPs based on departmental input and operational changes
- Manage annual updates for other business-critical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation
- Maintain version control and ensure consistent formatting and structure across all deliverables
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong interviewing and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping
- Expertise in writing and updating SOPs and operational documentation
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple departments into cohesive documents
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
