We are looking for a YouTube expert (m/f/d) to work with us and our clients on a long-term basis.

Tasks

As a YouTube copywriter, you are responsible for ensuring that our clients can produce maximum-impact content with minimal time expenditure – because they receive well-thought-out, high-performing scripts from you .

Your tasks

• You develop and write YouTube scripts (long form) that capture attention, generate curiosity, and build trust.
• You immerse yourself deeply in the target group, offering, and market of our clients.
• You research topics, theses, and hooks that work in the real market.
• You use AI tools to support you in researching, structuring, and writing better texts faster – the idea comes from you.
• You revise and optimize scripts based on feedback, performance data, and learnings.
• You work closely with strategy and editing to improve content holistically.

You are not just a copywriter.
You are a thinker, a sparring partner, and responsible for the impact of your content.

qualification

Skills & Experience

• Excellent understanding of copywriting, ideally in a video or YouTube context.
• Strong sense for attention, storytelling and conversion
• Performance mindset: You want to know why something works – and why it doesn't.
• Understanding of the agency, coaching, and B2B markets
• You live and breathe YouTube and prefer watching educational content in your free time.
