(Working Student) Content Writer (m/f/d) - German speaking

You open your laptop and you're ready to think, structure, analyze. Not just write.
A new topic lands on your desk: a complex SaaS product, a precise ICP, clear angles. Your job is to bring order into ideas, turn raw information into clarity, and build high-quality inputs that power our AI systems.

You work side by side with our Organic Growth team. Everything you create becomes the foundation for impactful content articles, landing pages and strategic assets. You learn how content really works: ICP thinking, smart AI workflows, editorial quality. Week by week, you see yourself getting sharper, faster, better.

Your daily business

• You transform briefings, research notes and topic outlines into clean, structured and high-quality inputs for our AI content tool.

• You use LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude and our in-house systems to support research, ideation and drafting  always with a focus on clarity, logic and accuracy.

• You identify relevant angles, pain points and key messaging elements based on ICP and topic.

• You collaborate closely with experienced content strategists and writers who guide your learning and push you to grow.

• You support quality checks by reviewing AI outputs for correctness, clarity and alignment with guidelines.

This role is perfect if you love language  but even more if you love structuring information, thinking precisely and working with AI at a high standard.

• Strong writing skills: you express ideas clearly, logically and in well-structured German

• High confidence in using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)  or strong motivation to master them quickly

• Precise, detail-oriented and structured way of working

• Curiosity and motivation to dive into new B2B and technology topics

• Native-level German with excellent grammar, tone and clarity

• Reliability, independence and a strong quality mindset

• First experience writing blog articles or other content

• Background in journalism, media, writing projects or communications
