We are looking for an Intermediate Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional sales and client success support. This remote position based in India will play a critical role in enhancing client relationships and driving sales efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in promptly managing client communications and inquiries.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information and interactions.
- Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance and client feedback every week.
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients to ensure timely responses and resolution of issues.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition into the company’s services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assist in the development of sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials aimed at client engagement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a virtual assistant or client support role, preferably in sales.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote environment.
- Experience in market research and data analysis is a plus.
