• Experience as a virtual assistant or executive assistant in a fast-paced, remote environment
• HR and talent acquisition skills — sourcing, screening, onboarding, and contractor management
• Customer service experience — you turn complex situations into seamless experiences and clients into raving fans
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, HubSpot/Pipedrive, Zapier/Make, Canva, Slack, and Calendly
• Experience managing CRM data, spreadsheets, trackers, and dashboards with zero errors
• Strong document prep skills — slides, reports, proposals, contracts, and process documentation
• A proactive mindset — you anticipate needs and fix problems before they happen
• C1–C2 English level minimum
• Responsibility — you own your work and follow through without reminders
• Organization in your blood — your desk, your files, your folders, your life — everything is clean, tidy, and structured because that's just who you are
• A can-do attitude — problems don't stop you, they fuel you
