Mitel is seeking a highly skilled Senior Writer to join our Content Marketing team. This individual will play a key role in crafting engaging, high-impact content that supports Mitelâs customer engagement, demand generation, and sales enablement objectives. As Senior Writer, youâll transform strategic direction into compelling storytelling that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline performance across our core campaigns.
Youâll collaborate closely with marketing strategists, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to produce content that informs, inspires, and converts â connecting Mitelâs innovations in business communications with real customer outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Revenue Marketing team in developing and executing the content strategy aligned to Mitelâs business goals and campaign priorities.
- Write and edit content for the Mitel website, including product pages, solution stories, blogs, and customer success narratives.
- Develop storytelling-based demand generation offers and campaign assets supporting Mitelâs primary go-to-market themes.
- Create and adapt content for sales enablement and training, including materials for the sales organization.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical or strategic concepts into clear, engaging narratives for enterprise audiences.
- Ensure all content maintains brand voice, consistency, and message alignment across channels.
- Contribute to editorial calendars, content reviews, and publishing workflows.
- Measure content effectiveness through engagement metrics, feedback, and performance data to continuously improve quality and impact.
