This role provides the opportunity to shape and elevate user experiences across global software products through clear, thoughtful, and consistent UX writing. You will focus on localization and accessibility, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to craft content that guides users effortlessly through complex workflows. This position blends creativity with strategy, requiring both a deep understanding of user-centered design and the ability to communicate ideas across cross-functional teams. You will contribute to style guides, document best practices, and mentor junior writers, ensuring content is cohesive and user-focused. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, your work will directly influence product clarity, usability, and overall satisfaction for users worldwide.

Accountabilities:

·         Write, test, and iterate clear and concise UI content across localized product experiences.

·         Drive consistency in interaction patterns and ensure brand-aligned language across platforms.

·         Serve as a thought leader in UX writing, advocating for user-first approaches and documenting best practices.

·         Conduct content audits, identify patterns, and lead brainstorming sessions to optimize user interactions.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable frameworks that align with global user needs and business goals.

·         Use research, A/B testing, and performance analytics to refine UX copy and enhance product usability.

·         Mentor junior team members, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.



Requirements

·         8+ years of experience as a UX writer with strong expertise in user-centered design principles.

·         Experience in content localization and accessibility best practices.

·         Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini/Bard) is a plus.

·         Strong ability to translate complex inputs into simple, intuitive outputs for global audiences.

·         Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

·         Strategic and creative thinker, self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a high-growth environment.

·         Portfolio demonstrating successful collaboration on complex UX projects across multiple products or platforms.

·         Commitment to building accessible, inclusive, and high-quality digital experiences.
