- Translate behavioral frameworks into clear, motivating, and actionable user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and behavioral experts to shape user journeys and flows.
- Review wireframes and prototypes to identify friction points and improve clarity, usability, and engagement.
- Create reusable content patterns and templates to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
- Maintain a consistent tone and voice while adapting messaging to different user states and journey stages.
- Analyze user engagement and drop-off data to continuously refine and optimize content effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UX writing or content design for digital products.
- Native-level English proficiency with exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered content and in-product experiences.
- Experience working on behavior-driven products such as health, education, fintech, or habit-building platforms.
- Ability to simplify complex systems and concepts into intuitive, user-friendly language.
- Solid understanding of behavioral principles, cognitive load, and user motivation.
- Comfortable working in iterative, cross-functional, and remote environments.
- Bonus: Familiarity with behavioral frameworks (e.g., COM-B), and experience in health, nutrition, or personalized user journeys.
Benefits:
- Flexible, fully remote work arrangement
- Part-time project engagement (approximately 20 hours per week) with potential for extension
- Opportunity to work on impactful, user-focused products at the intersection of technology and wellbeing
- Collaborative, international team environment
- Exposure to innovative tools, AI-driven features, and behavior-based product design
- Autonomy and creative ownership over content strategy and execution
