We’re seeking a Senior Copywriter to join the growing Blueprint content team. You’ll lead our idea engine, developing content campaign concepts to tell the Blueprint story to a growing audience of health-hungry people eager to challenge the death grip of chronic disease. 
To start, work will focus primarily on paid social campaigns, but will soon expand to radio, podcast, TVC, display, and OOH. 
We have a social-first content mentality, so you’ll work closely with the organic social team to tie our paid content brand identity into our organic social voice. 
RequirementsPosition Responsibilities:
- Build big, bold story ideas that can carry across paid marketing channels and ladder down into organic social. 
- Own agency/vendor creative output, overseeing ideation for concepts that can iterate and scale across social platforms. 
- Write and oversee copy iteration for paid social campaigns. 
- Develop hypotheses to A/B test copy and creative to help us learn more about the stories that inspire our audience
- Work with the legal and product marketing stakeholders to develop messaging hierarchy for product lines that ladder down to campaign-level work. 
- Collaborate with longform copywriter and growth team to develop marketing assets for Search engine marketing (SEM). 
 
Basic Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of agency or in-house copywriting experience
- A portfolio of compelling campaign work, ideally for brands in the health and wellness space. 
- An ability to distill complex scientific principles into concise value statements. 
- A demonstrated history of high-impact narrative work with a measurable impact on brand awareness and consideration. 
- Ability to tell a riveting story in which every single syllable is essential. 
- Experience writing in a regulated industry, preferably health and wellness
Preferred Skills:
- Experience writing for TVC
- Experience writing for radio and podcast
- Experience in nutrition, longevity science, or pharmaceutical industries
- Experience developing organic Youtube, snapchat, tiktok, or instagram content
BenefitsSalary Range: $130,000 -160,000
