Senior Copywriter

You know how brands need to sound so they don't sound like brands. We're looking for you as a  Senior Copywriter & Creative Concept Developer for Europe's fastest-growing soft drink brand.

You write copy that sticks

• You deliver texts & concepts for all relevant channels – with a focus on paid & organic social media.
• You bring strong ideas to life, work closely with our video and design team, and always consider content visually.
• You polish headlines, claims & scripts until the vibe is right – and on point. Or, if things need to be done quickly: to 80%.

You can use meme humor

• You have a radar for strong formats – and a gut feeling for humor, timing & trends.
• You develop ideas, memes & scripts that trigger the algorithm – and make our HOLY Squad laugh.
• You write paid copy that sells without feeling like advertising. Ads that entertain instead of annoying.
• You help the community team with captions and comments that become internet gold.

You make our brand even stronger

• You will help adapt our tone for new markets – so that HOLY sounds exactly right internationally as well.
• Employer branding and internal communication – and you'll leave your mark here too.
• You bring our tone to all areas: performance, design, retail – you help ensure that everyone knows what HOLY sounds like.

The process

We're growing rapidly and have big plans – so the perfect start for this position would be: ideally, immediately. But: we know that good things sometimes take time. And we're happy to wait for the right person.

1. Initial meeting: In a 30-minute screening call with Lutza (Senior Talent Partner), you'll discuss HOLY, the role, and whether our mutual expectations align.
2. Case Study: If the conversation goes well, you'll receive a short case study. You'll have two days to work on it – we're eager to see your approach!
3. Personal meeting on site: In round two, you'll come to our office – the HOLY Temple. You'll discuss your case study with Tilman, our Communications Lead, get to know the brand team, and get a feel for how we work together.
4. Interview with co-founder Matze: Next, you'll meet Matze, one of our founders. Because for us, it's not just about skills – it's also about whether there's a good personal fit.
5. Offer & Decision:  If everything is right on both sides, you will receive an offer – and become part of our wild journey.

The entire process usually takes about 2-3 weeks.
