  • Our team creates custom eLearning courses for incredible clients across a range of industries, including Gaming, Music, Film, Transport, Drinks and Health. 
  • We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter who can blend creative storytelling with clear and compelling copy - and take ownership of the writing that underpins our work.

Job description:

  • Our Managing Director currently leads the majority of copywriting across our eLearning projects, as well as internal communications and change projects.
  • We’re now ready to bring in a trusted, high-performing creative and technical copywriter who can take ownership of copy across our projects and help us scale, by: 
    • Leading the writing for client internal communication projects - shaping narratives, interviewing stakeholders, and turning complex info into engaging content. 
    • Developing eLearning scripts for clients and internal projects 
    • Writing scripts for animated and how-to videos for clients and internal projects
    • Documenting our standard operating procedures as we prepare to scale the team 
    • Creating marketing content to help educate our industry on our mission and vision 
  • This will be a key role in the business, helping ensure our friendly, conversational tone of voice is consistently applied across a wide variety of written content.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Storytelling for client internal communication projects
  • Attending client briefings and creative meetings (occasionally outside standard NZ working hours)
  • Reviewing client material and identifying opportunities to share stories and improve clarity
  • Preparing interview questions and turning stakeholder input into engaging, well-structured articles 
  • Supporting written content with graphics and visual elements using Canva (and similar tools) 

Developing eLearning scripts 

  • Working closely with our instructional designers to ensure eLearning scripts are clear, compelling, and easy for a global audience to understand
  • Researching subject matter and translating complex topics into engaging learning experiences
  • Writing gamification and scenario-based learning, dialogue, and activity copy that keeps learners hooked
  • Managing client feedback on scripts and working with our design and development teams to ensure scripts are up-to-date 

Writing scripts for videos and other content 

  • Writing short, engaging copy for a range of digital formats - including animated videos, performance support, gamified learning experiences and more
  • Creating straplines, slogans, body copy and other campaign content to support internal launches and comms rollouts
  • Managing script translations using ChatGPT.

Documenting our standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Working with our Operations Manager, Designers and Developers to document how we deliver our work
  • Creating clear, practical SOPs that make it easier for our team to deliver consistently
  • Constantly looking for ways to improve how we work, streamline delivery, and delight our clients

Creating Bundle marketing content 

  • Writing high-quality blog posts, case studies and solutions pages that showcase what we do
  • Working with our Managing Director and other team members to draft social and thought leadership content as we build our marketing rhythm
  • Researching trends in internal comms, training, and digital learning - and sharing insights with the team

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years professional copywriting experience (agency, internal comms, learning or similar)
  • A strong mix of creative writing (campaign ideas, video scripts, scenarios) and structured technical writing (SOPs, clear step-by-step content)
  • The ability to take a brief and produce polished, client-ready copy with minimal oversight
  • Excellent editing, proofreading, and attention to detail
  • Strong research skills and curiosity - you love learning about how businesses work
  • Confident working across multiple projects, deadlines, timezones and stakeholders
  • A continuous improvement mindset - you enjoy making things clearer, smoother, and better
  • Flexibility to occasionally join calls outside standard NZ working hours (to align with UK-based clients and colleagues)
