Key responsibilities:
- Originate big campaign ideas and create original copy that is relevant to the countries we operate in
- Develop creative work that brings marketing strategy to life across all countries and channels
- Have a deep understanding of user psychology and how to craft the perfect CTA
- Incessantly deliver original/inventive concepts and distinctive ideas
- Produce advertising copy that really stands out and sets us apart from competitors
- Support the creative team in a fast-moving creative environment that delivers consistently high-quality creative output across all channels of marketing.
- Take steps to ensure content is understood in the different markets by reaching out to local teams
- Ensure consistency and quality of brand messaging
- Perform regular competitor research reviews

Skills and experience needed:
- Have an ability to explain articulately and constructively defend an idea to stakeholders
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience as a lead copywriter, senior marketing or advertising content creative developing impactful ideas for multiple channels, countries, and languages, including social, paid digital and out-of-home mediums
- A track record of delivering bold, differentiating work
- Experience in working cross-culturally and in a global environment
- A good understanding of strategy and ability to interpret and improve briefs where required
- Ability to originate disruptive ideas that resonate culturally and commercially
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues throughout the creative development process, from design and copy to production, to drive the right creative outputs for the brand
- Proactive attitude, creative thinking abilities, and confidence to voice ideas
- Ability to be solution-focused in the interpretation of feedback
