We are currently seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to join our growing team and provide high-quality administrative and operational support to our consultants and clients.
Position Overview
The Remote Virtual Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily business operations, managing communications, and assisting with project coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize emails, calendars, and client communications for consultants
Schedule meetings, calls, and virtual appointments
Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and grant documentation
Conduct online research related to funding opportunities and client projects
Maintain and update digital filing systems and internal databases
Support social media management and marketing efforts
Handle basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking as needed
Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar remote role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (Docs, Sheets, Outlook, etc.)
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or ClickUp)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet, professional workspace
(Preferred) Experience with CRM systems, grant management software, or document formatting tools
