What does this team do?
We launched Motley Fool Money to provide top-notch personal finance advice and review critical financial products like credit cards, mortgages, brokers, banking accounts, insurance, personal loans, and more. Thereās some good (and a lot of bad) advice out there, and weāre cutting through the noise that often leaves people feeling helpless and insecure about these key financial decisions. From the tools we build, to our thorough and impartial reviews, to our overall design, weāll highlight what matters -- and save our readers time and money.
In the past 7 years Motley Fool Money has grown rapidly and is one of the biggest websites in its space, reaching millions of people monthly. But still, we feel that weāre just getting started and are investing in growing the team to further our (and our readersā) goals. Itās not an exaggeration to say that in this role youād be directly helping millions of people toward a more successful financial future.
What would you do in this role?
We are looking for a full-time Personal Finance Staff Writer to join our team at Fool.com/Money. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a strong interest in personal finance, excellent writing skills, and a knack for using data to drive meaningful business outcomes. The ideal candidate will craft insightful and engaging content while leveraging performance metrics to continually refine their work and contribute to the site's growth.

A bachelorās degree in journalism, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred, but not required if your portfolio speaks for itself.
