We’re looking for a Junior Copywriter to help bring the Grüns brand to life across email, SMS, site, paid, and social. This role is ideal for someone early in their copy career who loves words, has a sharp sense of humor, and gets excited seeing their work go live. You’ll support day-to-day copy needs across multiple channels, working closely with our senior copywriter, designers, and brand team. From inbox moments to micro site updates, your work will help ensure everything we put out sounds unmistakably like Grüns.
This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a quarterly basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.
In this role, you will:
- Write and support email and SMS copy, including subject lines, preheaders, and body copy
- Assist with site copy updates such as homepage refreshes, PDP tweaks, banners, and promos
- Support paid ad and campaign messaging, ensuring tone stays consistent across channels
- Help generate social captions and content concepts that feel fresh, fun, and on-brand
- Adapt campaign messaging across channels (email, SMS, site, paid, social) without losing clarity or personality
- Proofread and QA copy before launch to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
- Learn and apply Grüns’ brand voice, tone, and wellness guidelines
- Incorporate feedback with care and speed while collaborating closely with the team
We're looking for someone who:
- 1–2 years of copywriting experience, including internships, freelance, or in-house work
- Comfortable writing both short-form and long-form copy (SMS, headlines, emails, site copy)
- Writes clean, clear, conversion-friendly copy while staying on-brand
- Strong attention to detail and takes pride in proofreading and QA
- Learns brand voices quickly and can adjust tone across channels
- Collaborative, flexible, and easy to work with across creative and brand teams
- Has basic familiarity with email and e-commerce best practices
- Comfortable working in Google Docs and Notion, with bonus points for Figma or Asana experience
- Experience with or interest in wellness, lifestyle, DTC, food & beverage, or health-adjacent brands

Compensation & Benefits:
At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is between $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience. Beyond base salary, we offer competitive equity packages and a comprehensive set of benefits designed to support the well-being, growth, and balance of our team.
