Key Responsibilities
Email & Calendar Management
- Manage a high-volume inbox and prioritize communications
- Schedule meetings across time zones, aligned with UK office hours
- Prepare and coordinate calendars and meeting details
- Draft and respond to routine emails with accuracy and professionalism
Administrative & Document Support
- Manage contracts and NDAs via Adobe Sign / DocuSign
- Track document status and maintain organized filing systems
- Support data room and document management
- Coordinate IT setup for new employees
- Maintain CRM data and internal documentation
Outreach & Communication
- Send personalized outreach emails to potential clients and partners
- Ensure high attention to detail in all communications
Additional Support
- Assist with light travel or logistics when needed
- Support personal inbox and task management
Ideal Candidate for the role
- Near-native English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Exceptional attention to detail (assessed during hiring)
- Proven Virtual Assistant or similar experience
