As BusRight’s Growth Content Writer, you’ll craft the copy that fuels our demand generation efforts, from outbound email cadences and customer newsletters to case studies and event-driven communications. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure BusRight’s messaging is polished, measurable, and aligned to pipeline impact. This is an ideal role for an experienced Growth Content Writer with exceptional attention to detail, who wants to grow within a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to write content that directly influences revenue outcomes while building the foundation of BusRight’s marketing function. Compensation is competitive and flexible based on experience. You’ll work closely with your department teammates, including (Senior Events Coordinator), and report directly to (Senior Marketing Lead).

Responsibilities & Outcomes
- Launch a closed-lost email cadence achieving 25%+ open rates and 10%+ reply rates, designed to nurture opportunities back into the pipeline.
- Refresh all outbound prospecting cadence templates with high-converting, on-brand messaging tailored to Transportation Directors and district stakeholders.
- Draft 5 customer case studies/white papers in the first 6 months that highlight measurable outcomes with BusRight, incorporating quotes, metrics, and strong visuals.
- Refresh BusRight’s flagship one-pager for the Sales team to leverage during conferences and on-site meetings.
- Manage bi-weekly product update emails to customers, ensuring clarity, consistency, and measurable engagement.
- Create and manage BusRight’s monthly industry update newsletter (7,000+ recipients).
- Architect templated email frameworks for all event-driven communications, including webinar invites, in-person event promotions, conference follow-ups, and customer facing product announcements.

- Start your morning reviewing draft newsletters and campaign performance with the Senior Marketing Lead.
- Collaborate with Sales to refine outbound cadence copy and tailor messaging for Transportation Directors and key district stakeholders.
- Jump into a call with the Senior Events Coordinator to finalize webinar invites, in-person event promotions, and conference follow-up cadences.
- Spend part of your afternoon drafting a customer case study, gathering quotes and metrics from the Customer Experience team to highlight measurable outcomes.
- Close the day by refreshing templates or finalizing copy for product updates, ensuring every message is clear, on-brand, and tied to pipeline outcomes.
