Weâre looking for a freelance UX copywriter to help our product read like a world-class platform; clear, confident, and human.
Youâll work across the core product experience to reduce friction, remove ambiguity, and help users understand what to do without needing to think.
Youâll be improving and refining whatâs already there, bringing consistency, clarity, and intent to every word.
Writing and refining UX copy across the core product ( including onboarding, empty states, tooltips, settings, modals, and error states) using clear, minimal language that guides users without over-explaining
Establishing and maintaining consistent voice and terminology across the platform
Making deliberate language choices that guide users without overwhelming them
Improving existing copy to make flows clearer, calmer, and more intuitive (vs net-new marketing language
