Facility Services Writer

Objective
Support client in elevating brand authority and generating qualified B2B leads through targeted, SEO-informed content, including pillar pages, website copy, blogs, and LinkedIn posts for executive leadership.

Profile Overview
Client is seeking a strategic B2B content writer with experience in facilities services, cleaning standards (ISO, OSHA), and executive-level communication. The ideal writer will have a proven track record of producing high-quality, search-optimized content aimed at facility managers and real estate professionals. Some interviewing experience would be great to have.

Scope

• Commitment: 20 hours/month (approx. 5 hours/week), 6 months
• Start Date: Late January or early February

Responsibilities

• Create a comprehensive pillar page focused on "Quality Control" in cleaning services
• Refresh or develop website copy aligned with client’s service offerings and value proposition
• Write blog content that targets key B2B personas: facility managers and real estate professionals
• Develop LinkedIn content for the CEO to position leadership and drive engagement
• Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders, including leadership, to inform content
• Collaborate on SEO strategy to increase site rankings and lead generation

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience writing for B2B audiences, especially at the executive level
• Familiarity with cleaning services, OSHA regulations, and ISO standards is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to conduct and synthesize interviews for content creation
• SEO knowledge and willingness to share input
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Experience writing website copy and social media posts, especially LinkedIn
