What You'll Do
- Manage the CEOβs complex calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing documents, and meeting notes
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and executives, clients, investors, and staff
- Handle personal scheduling, reservations, errands, and special requests
- Coordinate personal travel, family logistics, and household-related tasks as needed
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Assist with event planning, gifting, and personal projects
- Track priorities, deadlines, and ongoing initiatives on behalf of the CEO
- Conduct research and gather information for strategic decision-making
- Help streamline administrative processes and improve organizational efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners
What We Are Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or high-net-worth individuals
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
