The Executive Assistant is responsible for performing administrative duties for executive management.   This position requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.   Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.

Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities

  • Extensive calendar, travel, and expense management across multiple time zones including international. Potentially supporting other service delivery leaders.
  • Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants as well as others, to coordinate a variety of meetings.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Meeting / presentation management including preparation for SVP and other leaders, content creation, create and distribute meeting notes, arrange audio/visual and catering needs.
  • Interact with and maintain positive relationships with C-level executives, executive assistants, managers, and their departments. Coordinate company-wide events for other Executive Assistants.
  • Assist with change management and provide problem solving leadership.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience supporting senior level management team
  • Experience using expense and travel applications
  • Achieved High School Diploma
  • Able to attend events and work on projects after-hours, as needed
  • Solid knowledge of office processes and business policy development
  • Proven interpersonal skills with experience providing complex administrative support in a high-profile environment with tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to work across teams and with a variety of projects and constituencies
