The Executive Assistant (EA) to the President is a highly trusted partner responsible for enabling the President to operate at maximum effectiveness.Ā

Remote: Ā East Coast Preferred

The EA will manage the day-to-day operating rhythm, anticipate needs, and ensure alignment across the executive team. This individual will play a key role in strengthening the President’s presence and reputation across Ralliant through thoughtful coordination, communication, relationship building, and proactive stakeholder management.Ā 

The successful candidate will serve as a central coordination point between Anderson-Negele, Ralliant leadership, and executive support teams across the enterprise to ensure priorities are aligned, commitments are executed, and the President’s time is invested in the highest-value activities.Ā

Key Responsibilities

Executive Partnership & Time Leverage

  • Own and optimize the President’s calendar, priorities, and time allocation to align with business objectivesĀ 

  • Support executive communications through polished correspondence, thoughtful triage, and proactive follow-up that reflects sound judgement

  • Anticipate needs, identify conflicts, and resolve issues before they impact executionĀ 

  • Ensure the President is prepared, informed, and positioned for effective decision-makingĀ

Rhythm of Business & Execution

  • Establish and manage the President’s operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, cadences, and key business reviews

  • Manage complex executive travel arrangements with precision and discretion, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries, and real-time adjustments.

  • Drive follow-ups, track commitments, and ensure accountability across the executive teamĀ 

  • Bring structure, discipline, and clarity to how work progresses through the President’s office

Ā Executive Events & Engagement Planning

  • Lead planning and execution for executive meetings, leadership events, town halls, customer visits, employee engagement activities, board interactions, and other high-profile events.

  • Coordinate logistics, agendas, materials, communications, catering, venue arrangements, travel, and participant management to deliver a seamless experience.

  • Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Partner with Communications, HR, and leadership teams to support executive engagement activities and organizational events.

  • Manage post-event follow-up, action tracking, and stakeholder communications.

Confidentiality & Trusted Liaison

  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretionĀ 

    • Build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.

    • Represent the President’s office with professionalism, responsiveness, and strong executive presence.

Executive Team & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Support the broader executive team in alignment with President prioritiesĀ 

  • Facilitate communication, alignment, and coordination across functionsĀ 

  • Plan and execute executive meetings and events in partnership with other stakeholders, coordinating logistics, materials, and follow-through to ensure a seamless and professional experience.Ā 

  • Ensure seamless execution of leadership initiatives and prioritiesĀ

Qualifications

  • 5+ years supporting senior level administrative support

  • Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy, sound judgment, and discretionĀ 

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and prioritization skillsĀ 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentĀ

  • Experience in a global or matrixed organizationĀ 

  • Track record of improving processes or driving operational efficiencyĀ
