• The Executive Assistant completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President and other executives • Managing the executive’s schedule and itinerary • Prioritizing and handling highly confidential correspondence • Preparing and responding to inquiries on the executive’s behalf • Managing complex travel plans and agendas • Compiling documents for travel-related meetings • Determining priority of agenda items for meetings • Researching and handling special projects
• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 5+ years of C-Suite/President executive support experience • Experience coordinating executive on-sites and board meetings • Must be adaptable and comfortable supporting senior leaders • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail • Exceptional communication and strong interpersonal skills • Proficiency using MS Office Suite including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams • Ability to operate standard office equipment • Willingness to travel occasionally
