How you will make an impact
Provide high-level administrative support to SVP and VP leaders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Create, edit, and organize documents and presentations for the Transition Management(TMO) leaders and team.
Assist with special projects and initiatives led by the TMO leaders, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Serve as a liaison between the leaders, team members, and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND (2) two years of combined experience in an administrative assistant function secretarial, and/or clerical role in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of (6) six years of combined experience in an administrative assistant function, secretarial, and/or clerical role in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
Work location: Remote-United States
Travel: May include up to 20%[domestic]
