- Monitor, organize, and respond to emails on behalf of the Founder and Chief of Staff
- Draft articulate, professional, and timely email replies
- Flag urgent matters and maintain communication flow with internal and external stakeholders
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for both executives
- Handle rescheduling requests and ensure calendar alignment across time zones
- Prepare daily and weekly calendar overviews
- Conduct light research and compile data as requested
- Assist with inbox clean-up and document organization
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate with VIP clients and high-profile individuals with utmost professionalism and confidentiality
- Represent the brand with a polished, respectful tone across all platforms
Hard Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience managing multiple inboxes and calendars concurrently
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
- Professional demeanor with experience handling sensitive or confidential information
- Strong familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.)
- Experience working with luxury brands, wellness companies, or high-profile clientele
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to anticipate executive needs
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9PM - 6PM US Eastern Standard Time Zone
Offer and Benefits:
- $5-$6USD/hour
