We are searching for a highly adaptable, motivated, and execution-oriented temp-to-hire Executive Assistant . This EA will be responsible for supporting our Chief Insurance Officer and 4 VP-level executives. Our ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience supporting C-Level & VP-Level executives, and you’ll hit the ground running providing detailed support as their EA, as you are a self-starter who requires minimal supervision and direction. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and address the needs of a dynamic, fast-paced executive team. The successful candidate will be a central figure in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our leaders. You’ll report directly to the Senior EA & Team Manager, who is based out of our Palo Alto office.

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US annual base salary range for this full-time position:$113,000—$130,000 USD
